Free website for your business

{# The answer, in one sentence, before anything else. An answer engine lifts this; a person reads it and knows whether to keep going. #}

Wisecsite builds you a free website and runs it for you — a storefront, a product catalogue and a dashboard, live in 48 hours, with your own domain on the free plan. It is paid for by advertising placed on the site. That is the whole catch, and you can remove it for EUR 7 a month.

Free website vs a free website builder

How a Wisecsite free plan compares with a typical free website builder
Wisecsite freeTypical free website builder
Who builds it We do, in 48 hours You do, from a template
Your own domain Included free Paid upgrade
Online store and catalogue Included Usually a paid tier
AI assistants 10, with a monthly allowance Rare, or paid
Advertising on your site Yes — this is what pays for it Usually the builder’s own branding
Remove the advertising EUR 7 a month Paid plan
Export your data One click, CSV or Excel Varies
Card required to start No No

The honest row is the advertising one. A builder shows you its own branding; we show advertising, and some of it earns us an affiliate commission. That is what pays for your hosting.

{# Question-shaped headings, answer-first bodies. These mirror the FAQPage JSON-LD exactly, because a schema that disagrees with the visible page is a reason to be dropped from results. #}

Questions people ask

Where can I get a free website?

Wisecsite builds you a free website and runs it for you — a storefront, a product catalogue and a dashboard, live in 48 hours, with your own domain allowed on the free plan. It is paid for by advertising placed on the site, which is the only catch and is stated up front.

Is it really free, or free for a trial?

Free with no end date and no card required. There is no trial period that expires. Advertising on your storefront is what pays for the hosting, so the plan stays free for as long as the advertising runs.

What is the catch with a free website?

Advertising. Wisecsite places sponsored content on your storefront alongside your own products, labelled at the placement, and some of it is affiliate links that earn Wisecsite a commission. You can remove all of it with the Ad Remover upgrade at EUR 7 a month, or move to a paid plan.

Can I use my own domain on a free website?

Yes. Your own domain works on the free plan. Most free website builders charge for this or put you on a subdomain — Wix and WordPress.com both do. You register and own the domain, so you can leave with it.

Do I have to build the site myself?

No. This is the main difference from a free website builder. You send us your business details and we build the site for you — six to ten real pages, your photos, hours, services and a contact form. You never touch a template or an editor.

How long does it take to get the website?

Live in 48 hours from the point we have your business details.

What do I get on the free plan?

A six-to-ten page storefront, a product catalogue, a content manager for your hero banner, about page and policies, ten AI assistants with a monthly allowance, 2 GB of storage including the database, and your own domain.

Is there a free website for a small business or shop?

Yes — that is who this is built for. Cafés, bakeries, salons, garages, florists, trades and small retailers. If you sell something, the free plan includes the catalogue and the order handling, not just a brochure page.

What happens to my site if I stop paying or leave?

Nothing to stop paying on the free plan. If you leave, you export everything to CSV or Excel in one click and you keep your domain, because it is registered in your name.

How is this different from Wix, Squarespace or WordPress?

Those are builders: free tiers exist, but you assemble the site yourself and a custom domain costs money. Wisecsite builds it for you, allows your own domain on the free plan, and includes AI assistants. The trade is that we show advertising on the free plan and they do not.
